ABOUT
I'm Lauren Walker, a qualified mindfulness teacher with Mindfulness Now and registered with The Mindfulness Teachers Association https://mindfulnessteachers.org.uk/user/laurenwalker/
​I trained to be a teacher because I want to create access to tools that have supported me with my own health and self-discovery.​
Through my own lived experience, I am very aware that there is not a 'one size fits all' type of Mindfulness that suits everyone.​
Connecting with the present moment and our bodies can sometimes be incredibly challenging and I bring this awareness to my teaching.
One to One Mindfulness Sessions
I offer one to one Mindfulness teaching sessions tailored to your personal needs and circumstances.

Affordable Mindfulness Trial
WHAT?
I will be offering a low cost Mindfulness class in South East London. The course will be an 4 week programme, where you will have an opportunity to practice and reflect in a group, develop your understanding of the attitudes of Mindfulness as developed by Jon Kabat Zinn and establish a daily home practice. The class will be open to a maximum of 8 participants.

IS THIS FOR ME?
Whether you are brand new to Mindfulness or have practiced before, this course will equip you with the skills and support you need to begin practicing Mindfulness regularly. Research suggests that after 8 weeks, we are most likely to experience changes through Mindfulness and have laid the groundwork to establish a regular practice.

Exact dates to be confirmed. The course will be 1.5 hours per week in the evening and will run for 4 weeks.
